ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The DeragHotel Max Emanuel is located above the river Isar in Munich. Over 300 exclusively fitted 3-star hotel rooms, suites, maisonettes and serviced apartments in Munich provide the private or business traveller with the ideal conditions either for short or long term accommodation. A conference room for up to 10 people as well as office and secretarial service are part of the offer for the business guest. The Hotel Max Emanuel is located in Germany's secret capital, in a typical Munich quarter full of little shops, restaurants and cafes, at the Isarhochufer district Haidhausen. The famous cultural centre "Gasteig" and the "Deutsches Museum" are only a few minutes walking distance away from the hotel, as is the exquisite shopping-mile Maximilianstraße. The city centre with the Marienplatz and the world famous Viktualienmarkt can be reached either with an extended stroll, or via subway.

There are single and double rooms in various categories available. Each room has a bathroom with bath/WC and some have a bidet, desk, iron, hair dryer, safe, mini bar, cable TV (pay TV) and telephone with voicemail.

Additional remarks
