ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. In our 2010 newly renovated 3 * Tulip Inn hotel we offer 228 rooms in 2 different categories, a conference and event space of 700 m² as well as a modern Jazz Restaurant with Bar & Lounge, inviting to relax and linger. The rooms of the standard and superior category are located in our 3 * Tulip Inn hotel and include high-speed internet access and entertainment-system with Video On Demand.The rooms of the superior category additionally contain an air conditioner and a mini bar. Furthermore they are located in the 8th to 11th floor of the hotel and thus offer a beautiful view over Munich. In our new 4 * Golden Tulip hotel there are 140 fashionably furbished executive rooms with tea & coffee facilities, air conditioner, high-speed internet access, entertainment system with Video on Demand, flat screen, laptop safe and an ergonomic work station. The 10 additional exclusive suites of approximately 48 m² offer you a combination of sleeping and working area with a comfortable atmosphere and modern standard.
