ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Danubius Health Spa Resort Helia

Hotel Helia was opened in 1990 and was last renovated in 2007. The hotel has an excellent health spa offering an extensive water world and numerous therapeutic and wellness services. Natural thermal water is pumped to the hotel spa from springs on the nearby Margaret Island; this water is famous for its high quality medical and relaxing effects. The hotel provides guests with numerous further opportunities, including tennis, cycling, rowing, concerts, etc. The Jupiter restaurant offers a wide range of Hungarian, international and dietetic menus. This is enhanced by live music at noon and in the evenings. The Coffee Shop, in the lobby and at poolside, provides for guests with wellness menus, drinks and cake selections.

The 4-star conference, spa and wellness hotel, Danubius Health Spa Resort Helia, is situated near the heart of Budapest, on the embankment of the River Danube, with views to the Buda Hills and Margaret Island (Margitsziget). Most rooms overlook the lovely refreshing park, the River Danube, and the beautiful Margaret Island. The hotel is within easy reach from the city centre, with good access to public transport. The hotel has all the advantages of being in central Budapest, with easy access to theatres, opera, museums and all of the main tourist sights.

Room description

All hotel rooms have private bath, individually controlled air-conditioning, TV with satellite channels, direct-dial telephone, minibar, safe, hairdryer; and most of the rooms overlook the River Danube, Margaret Island, the Buda Hills or the city. Internet access is provided in all areas. All suites and part of the rooms have balconies. Connecting rooms, rooms for smokers and for physically challenged guests are available.
