ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. ABTA was created in 1950 by 22 leading travel companies. It now represents over 5,000 travel agencies and more than 900 tour operators, right across the British Isles. Day 1 - London to Berlin

Travel from London to Berlin via Cologne. You will see the impressive Gothic Cathedral towering over Cologne station.

Day 2 & 3 - Berlin

Berlin is a city of culture and history, with an abundance of things to see and do. The legendary Brandenburg Gate and the glass-domed Reichstag are highly recommended as well as contemporary attractions like the bustling Potsdamer Platz. Berlin's long history especially the time between the tragic era of National Socialism to the post-war divide is present in the memory and etched into the cityscape.
For those keen to spend a few Euros, Berlin is a shopping paradise. KaDeWe, the biggest department store of continental Europe, and the new designer boutiques in Friedrichsstraße are well worth a visit. The gastronomic choices for eating out in Berlin are endless; from the typical 'Currywurst' (sausage) to fine dining, Berlin offers something for every taste.

Day 4 - Berlin to Prague

Depart to the Czech Republic and its glorious capital city Prague and enjoy the beautiful Eastern European landscapes on your way.

Day 5 - Prague

Explore the romantic city of Prague, also known as 'Golden Prague', a glittering jewel of art and architecture. From the water of the River Vltava, the city's backbone, admire its most important sites and marvel at the medieval quarters on both banks of the river.
Stroll over the famous historic bridges, visit the magnificent cathedrals and monuments or enjoy a concert and a tasty meal in one of the excellent restaurants. Do not miss the opportunity to snap up a few bargains, as brand name goods are somewhat cheaper in Prague than in many other European destinations.

Day 6 - Prague to Vienna

Continue your journey on to the next country, Austria, where you will spend two nights in the capital, Vienna. The inspiring attractions and beautiful UNESCO World Heritage listed Old Town make for a perfect city break at any time of the year. Once the seat of the Habsburg Empire, Austria's capital retains an ambiance of imperial elegance and boasts some of Europe's most impressive royal buildings.

Day 7 - Vienna

Follow in the footsteps of the Habsburgs and visit the stunning Baroque Palaces of Schönbrunn and Belvedere. Stroll along the Ring Boulevard, which is surrounding the Imperial Palace. Experience the glory of the Old Empire at St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Spanish Riding School.

Day 8 - Vienna to Munich

You will travel back to Germany to your next stop, the Bavarian capital of Munich. The city is brimming with exciting attractions, cultural sights, glorious historical architecture, great shopping opportunities and tranquil parks. Relax in one of the many beer gardens, enjoy tasty Bavarian specialities and, of course, no visit to Munich would be complete without a 'Maß' of beer!

Day 9 - Munich to Cologne

Your journey continues on to vibrant Cologne, one of Germany's oldest cities, famous for its historic gems and vivacious carnival celebrations. From bustling bars and restaurants to peaceful gardens and museums, Cologne is a colourful city with a lively atmosphere.

Day 10 - Cologne to London

Return journey back to London.
